Marissa Boyle believes in radical action.

After years working in private wealth management as a hedge fund analyst, Boyle saw a unique  opportunity smack dab in the middle of The Great Recession – real estate. Today, she is active in Sales Coaching, iAgent Offer, Millennial Title Partners, and NextMove PRO and continues her commitment to Lodestone, which she sold in 2019.

Neal began his real estate career in his early twenties, upon graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with double Bachelors of Arts in both Political Science and Communications Studies. In 2000, three years into his career, he became a full broker.

 

Teaching has always found Neal wherever he happened to be. Whether tutoring his brother Justin all through school (Justin is thirteen years younger), helping a co-worker with something tech-related, or teaching guitar or a random skill to a friend or family member, Neal has always been the one others sought for help.

He has studied under the famous Floyd Wickman “SweatHogs” real estate program, the Craig Proctor System, Brian Buffini, Howard Brinton and tons of books and courses over the years to make him better at his craft. Currently he has become an avid student of intensive social media marketing methods as well as content creation on the most popular social sites and apps to help his clients benefit from the additional exposure and to in turn provide the public with value added content.

Neal currently owns Impact Carolinas Realty After 22 years in the industry (July 1996), Neal has seen lots of good trends, but also some room for improvement in the industry. As a result, he discovered a passion for “teaching the business to the new folks to make sure they know how to make the industry better.”

Brenda Hayden is a long-time resident of Charlotte; finding her way here via Boston Massachusetts where she grew up after relocating from Florida. She is no stranger to change or relocation and is well suited to assist in your relocation needs.
Brenda is married to James Hayden, Sr. and they are the proud parents of two; Yazmine and Dorian. Since settling into Charlotte, Brenda has explored several careers; including insurance and credit finance but Real Estate is her true passion.
Since 2001 Brenda has been a member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.
Brenda serves on several committees within the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association. Recently elected President-elect 2018 of CRRA and Carolina MLS. Appointee to the City of Charlotte Community Relations Committee.
Brenda received her MBA from Queens University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
Brenda is licensed in North and South Carolina, when she is not working Brenda enjoys spending time with her family and hiking.
