Helen Amodio and Raven Baker met in 2014 while working on separate teams as Transaction Coordinators at Keller Williams Ballantyne.  It didn’t take long for both to realize that they could better serve Charlotte area agents as independent providers and each soon started their own separate companies.  As their friendship and business relationship developed, it was evident that they shared similar interests, both personally and professionally.  On a professional level, both were vision-driven to grow their respective businesses by providing their agents with exceptional transaction coordinating services.  After attending a national conference together in 2020 and discussing the possibilities, it seemed only natural and inevitable to synergize their talents and expertise.  Their objective being to form one company that could provide unparalleled services to real estate professionals of the Carolinas. Thus, in January 2021, Simply Transactions was established.  In this podcast Helen Amodio and Raven Baker are being interviewed by Preston Sandlin of Home Inspection Carolina in this podcast.
