The Successful Real Estate Broker Podcast Episode 8 Brian Pate

Brian Pate

For over 27 years, Brian Pate has been a well respected real estate professional. During his time in the business, he has served as an agent, manager, coach, instructor and training manager. The teams he has managed have produced over $1 billion in real estate sales.

With a focus on his hometown of Wake Forest, North Carolina, Brian has sold thousands of homes in the Raleigh area.

What clients want to know is, “What will you do for me?”

For Sellers, he will get the best price in the shortest amount of time and with the least hassle.  For Buyers, he will show the client every home available in the price range, identify which of those homes are overpriced (so that the client does not overpay) and identify which of the remaining properties are in the best resale areas.

Our listing system has beaten the Raleigh market averages in both days on the market and list price to sale price ratio for the last 5 years, even as the market has changed.  Brian is being interviewed by Preston Sandlin of Home Inspection Carolina.
